Audi tester genbrug af elbilsbatterier

Audi stiller med en flåde på 50 Audi e-tron biler til  World Economic Forum i Davos. De elektriske Audi’er kører udelukkende på grøn strøm fra mobile opladningscontainere. Forsøget skal demonstrere, hvordan man kan genanvende brugte batterier fra elbiler.

Sustainable mobility for the World Economic Forum in Davos: As the exclusive shuttle partner, Audi is providing a fleet of 50 Audi e-tron cars for the annual meeting in 2019. The all-electric cars are fully powered by green electricity. And with mobile charging containers, the company is demonstrating a potential application of used batteries from electric cars.

Tre mobile Audi-opladningscontainere med en samlet effekt på 700 kW og en kapacitet på 1,14 MWh sikrer elektricitet til e-tron-flåden i Davos. Med dette forsøg tester Audi genbrug af elbilsbatterier, for når batteriernes brugsfase i biler er forbi, er højspændingsbatterierne fortsat egnet til andre former for energilagring.
